Imam Stands without sitting in First Qa'dah

Will Salath be accepted if the Imam stands with out sitting in first Qa'dah then sits again

It should be clear that first Qa'dah is wajib, if someone forgets first Q'adah but sits again as soon as he remembers then Salath will be acceptable, given he was closer to sitting position. If he was closer to standing position before sitting then Sajda sehw must be performed
