Vowing in heart (No-1042)
Respected Muft, I vowed in heart that if a do a particular thing again, then i will offer 100 rakat salath. Later, I did that thing, so do I offer rakats or can i give some charity instead
It should be clear that vowing only in heart does not establish that vow. but pronouncing it is necessary. Therefore in the scenario in question where the intention of offering 100 rakats after performing a particular thing was made in heart only so after doing that thing 100 rakats will not be required
