Topic: Ruling on the Sect that Denies Hadith (Munkireen-e-hadith)

(No-33592)

Q Assalamualikum Warahmatullahi Wabaraktuhu.
May Allah's mercy be upon us.And May Allah bless you,
I am a youth from Bangladesh,Dhaka.I am a muslim,I try as my best to follow the methodology of the Salaf as saliheen.I try to spread dawah, talk with my friends and family about Islam and in online for the sake of Allah. My name is Ahmed.
Recently,my issue was regarding a new sectarian group named "Submission" in social media that the youth use. They gave that name because they believe they are submitting to God alone. But they are doing a very grave sin or disbelief as far as I am concerned.
They reject all the ahadith, they have more than five thousand members in their forums and media. They lure people in,and they use false analogies and false contradictions in the ahadith to prove their points, they debate laymen and make them devastated, making them join the sect.As far as I am concerned this may be a fitnah, they are dividing the Ummah of rasulullah may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. They spread through social media. But they have a few more thousands of members than just five thousand members outside. They have women to recruit, they reject the hijab, the niqab, the khimar. They call us oppressed. They call the people on the truth as extremists. They reject all the rullings of the sunnah and laugh about it.
Please dear respected one,as I am concerned about this.I'd like to receive a response about this as they are spreading quickly.
My question was,if they are on the path of falsehood and against the Quran,or have disbelief in them.If rejecting the hadith is okay.May Allah bless you.
Jazakallahu Khayr

aWith regard to the group mentioned in the question, despite investigation and research, no material could be found concerning their beliefs and views; therefore, it is difficult to provide a definitive ruling about them. However, it appears from your question that this group denies the Hadith.
If these people categorically reject the Hadith and do not accept Hadith as a source of authority at all, then there is no doubt that these people have committed 'Kufr'. However, if they affirm the authority of Hadith in principle but deny a particular Hadith that is widely accepted, then there is some detail in this matter: in certain cases the ruling of 'Kufr' applies, and in others it does not.
Therefore, if the mentioned group accepts the authority of Hadith but rejects a specific Hadith, you are advised to submit the question again by quoting that exact Hadith.
