Topic: Where to pay sadqatul fitr if a person working is as expat and according to what value   (No-752)

Zaid belongs to India but he works in Saudi Arab during which month of Ramadan starts
1- Now he has to pay sadqatul fitr. According to which value he should pay? Whether he should pay as per the value in Saudi Arab as he is present there or he should pay according to his country?
2- Is it wajib to pay the amount in Saudi Arab or he can pay in his own country according to the value of sadqatul fitr

It should be noted that
1- Zaid should pay according to the value in Saudi Arabia
2- However, it is upto him whether he wants to pay it in his own country or Saudi Arabia
