Topic: Time for the end of suhoor on regular days   (No-15748)

Q I am keen on fasting and try to observe nafil fasts on regular days as well. Is the time for suhoor on regular days until the start of the fajr azan? Please guide me in this regard.

aBoth on regular days and in the Holy of month of Ramadan, the time for suhoor ends as soon as subah sadiq (the break of dawn) occurs and it is totally independent of the fajr azan. In essence, there is no difference in the time for suhoor between Ramadan and regular days.
Therefore, anyone who intends to fast should finish their suhoor before subah sadiq and not wait for the fajr azan to be called.
