It is important to note that, according to Shariah, for a Nikkah to be valid, the presence of at least two witnesses (either two men or one man and two women) while the Ijab and Qubul (proposal and acceptance) take place is necessary. Without the presence of witnesses, the Nikkah does not legally take place according to Shariah.
Based on the above, the Nikkah that you both performed with only Allah as your witness is not valid. Consequently, you remain unmarried to each other according to Shariah.
Both of you should immediately repent and seek forgiveness for this action, separate from each other, and perform a proper Nikkah in accordance with Shariah to lead a righteous life.

"وفسر القهستاني هنا الفاسد بالباطل ومثله بنكاح المحارم وبإكراه من جهتها أو بغير شهود الخ ۔۔۔ وذكر في البحر هناك عن المجتبى أن كل نكاح اختلف العلماء في جوازه كالنكاح بلا شهود فالدخول فيه موجب للعدة أما نكاح منكوحة الغير ومعتدته فالدخول فيه لا يوجب العدة إن علم أنها للغير لأنه لم يقل أحد بجوازه فلم ينعقد أصلا، قال فعلى هذا يفرق بين فاسده وباطله في العدة ولهذا يجب الحد مع العلم بالحرمة لأنه زنى كما في القنية وغيرها اھ۔ رسالۃ العقود الدریۃ فی تحقیق حکم النکاح بدون الشھود عند المالکیۃ".
