Ruling on Purchasing a Car Through Instalments

I was informed that if I purchase a car in cash now, the price will be $20,000. However, if I choose to buy it through fixed instalments over two years, the total amount payable will be $25,000. Is it permissible in Islam to purchase a car through instalments under such an arrangement?
In the scenario mentioned, it is permissible to purchase the car through instalments, provided that the method of payment, the price and the payment period are clearly agreed upon at the time of contract, with no ambiguity.
The agreement must also be free from any impermissible clauses, such as imposing additional charges or penalties in case of late payment.

(قَوْلُهُ: لَزِمَ كُلُّ الثَّمَنِ حَالًّا) لِأَنَّ الْأَجَلَ فِي نَفْسِهِ لَيْسَ بِمَالٍ، فَلَا يُقَابِلُهُ شَيْءٌ حَقِيقَةً إذَا لَمْ يُشْتَرَطْ زِيَادَةُ الثَّمَنِ بِمُقَابَلَتِهِ قَصْدًا، وَيُزَادُ فِي الثَّمَنِ لِأَجْلِهِ إذَا ذَكَرَ الْأَجَلَ بِمُقَابَلَةِ زِيَادَةِ الثَّمَنِ قَصْدًا، فَاعْتُبِرَ مَالًا فِي الْمُرَابَحَةِ احْتِرَازًا عَنْ شُبْهَةِ الْخِيَانَةِ، وَلَمْ يُعْتَبَرْ مَالًا فِي حَقِّ الرُّجُوعِ عَمَلًا بِالْحَقِيقَةِ بَحْرٌ.

وَإِذَا عَقَدَ الْعَقْدَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ إلَى أَجَلِ كَذَا بِكَذَا وَبِالنَّقْدِ بِكَذَا أَوْ قَالَ إلَى شَهْرٍ بِكَذَا أَوْ إلَى شَهْرَيْنِ بِكَذَا فَهُوَ فَاسِدٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُعَاطِهِ عَلَى ثَمَنٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَلِنَهْيِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ شَرْطَيْنِ فِي بِيَعٍ وَهَذَا هُوَ تَفْسِيرُ الشَّرْطَيْنِ فِي بِيَعٍ وَمُطْلَقُ النَّهْيِ يُوجِبُ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْعُقُودِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ وَهَذَا إذَا افْتَرَقَا عَلَى هَذَا فَإِنْ كَانَ يَتَرَاضَيَانِ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا حَتَّى قَاطَعَهُ عَلَى ثَمَنٍ مَعْلُومٍ، وَأَتَمَّا الْعَقْدَ عَلَيْهِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُمَا مَا افْتَرَقَا إلَّا بَعْدَ تَمَامِ شَرَطِ صِحَّةِ الْعَقْدِ.
