Ruling for Women on going out for studying during time of Iddat (عدت) after death of Husband

Assalam o Alaikum Mufti Sahab, is it permissible for a new widow (in order to remain busy) during time of Iddat (عدت) to go out for education, while remaining in veil? It is clarified that the mentioned women became widow just after sixteen days of wedding (رخصتی ).
It is clarified that for a woman whose husband dies, it is mandatory for her to observe four months and ten days as time of Iddat (عدت) and in this duration it is not permissible for her to leave the house (may it be day or night) unless there is some valid excuse (acceptable in Shari’ah). Therefore, it is not permissible for the mentioned women to go out for education during time of Iddat (عدت).

(وتعتدان) أي معتدة طلاق وموت (في بيت وجبت فيه) ولايخرجان منه (إلا أن تخرج أو يتهدم المنزل، أو تخاف) انهدامه، أو (تلف مالها، أو لاتجد كراء البيت) ونحو ذلك من الضرورات فتخرج لأقرب موضع إليه".
