In Islamic law, Qurbani is tied to specific days and defined times. For a Qurbani to be valid, it has to be performed within the 3 days of Qurbani (10th Dhul Hijjah to 12th Dhul Hijjah).
Since this year, 1447H / 2026, the days of Qurbani fall on the same date in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, America, Canada, and several other countries, the Qurbani of those living abroad can be validly performed in Pakistan once Eid day (10th of Dhul Hijjah) has begun in both countries, even if the Eid prayer has not yet been offered in the country where they are residing.
In this case, the Qurbani may be performed in Pakistan after the Eid prayer has been offered at any one location in the city where the animal is present.
