Limit of beating student (No-613)
Respected Muftis, while teaching, students are beaten and it is said that part of body that gets hit will be saved from hell fire, is this statement in accordance with Shariah? Is their any limit of beating define in Shariah?
It should be noted that depending upon the need the teacher can hit at maximum three times on nape or waist in a way that is bearable. But it is not permissible to beat with boots, stick or kicks. If a child is beaten beyond limits than he will take revenge on the day of judgement. As far as statement regarding preventing from hell fire is
concerned. It is not proven in Shariah
