"Azhan" (اَذْہان, with a fatha on the hamza and a jazm on the ذ) is the plural of the Arabic word "Zihn", meaning "intellect" or "understanding". "Azyan" (ازیان, with a fatha on the hamza and a jazm on the ز) is the plural of the Arabic word "Zayn", meaning "beauty" and "adornment". Both names, Azhan and Azyan, are permissible to use, as their meanings are good.
