1) "Anashah" (عَنَشَہْ, with a fatha on ع, a fatha on ن, and a fatha on ش) is derived from the root "anash", which carries the meanings of bending, turning, and causing anger. It is therefore not appropriate to name a child Anashah.
2) "Insha" (اِنْشَاء, with a kasra on ا, a sukoon on ن, and a fatha on ش) means to originate or to create. It is permissible to use Insha as a name; however, since it lacks a distinctly meaningful quality, it is better to choose a different name instead.
