1) The word "Zamin" (ضامِنْ, with a fatha on ض, a kasra on م, and a sukoon on ن) means "one who guarantees" or "one who stands surety." Based on this meaning, it is permissible to name a boy Zamin.
2) "Sunayyil" (سُنَییّل): despite searching, no meaning could be found for this word. A meaningful name should be chosen in its place, or alternatively, a name from among the Ambiya (Prophets) or the Sahabah (Companions) should be selected.
