Yes, Hala (ہالہ) is the name of a Sahabiyat. It was the name of the sister of Ummahaat ul-Mumineen Hazrat Khadijah bint Khuwaylid (may Allah be pleased with her). The name means "the halo of the moon, or the ring of light surrounding a celestial body such as a star." It is therefore perfectly fine to name a child Haalah; there is no objection to it.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
