It should be understood that a good name does have a positive influence, just as a bad name can have a negative one. This is precisely why parents have been instructed to give their children good names.
In the situation you have described, the word "Eeshaal" (عِیْشَال, with a kasra on ع, a sukoon on ی, and a fatha on ش) has no meaning. It is therefore better to replace this name with one taken from the names of the Azwaj Mutahharaat or other Sahabiyat (may Allah be pleased with them all), or to choose any other name that carries a good and clear meaning.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
