"Sanaya" (ثَنَایَا) (ث، ن، and ی each with a fatha) is the plural of the Arabic word "Thanniyah", which means "the four front teeth." The name Sanaya (also written Sanaayaa or Thanaayaa) is without purpose or meaningful significance. It would therefore be better to choose a name from the names of the Ummahaat ul-Mumineen or other Sahabiyat (may Allah be pleased with them all), or any other name with a good meaning.
