Topic:
Naming a Child Muni'ah
(No-65902)
My question is about the name Muni'ah: what is the ruling on naming a child مُنِیْعَہ (with a damma on م, a kasrah on ن, and a fatha on ع), and what does it mean?

Muni'ah (مُنْیِعَهْ, with a damma on م, a kasrah on ن, a sukoon on ی, and a fatha on ع) is the name of a Sahabiyah (may Allah be pleased with her). It is therefore permissible to name a child Muni'ah.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
