Despite a thorough search, we were unable to find the words "Kiswaa" (کِسْویٰ), "Qiswaa" (قِسْویٰ), "Kiswi" (کِسْوِیْ), or "Qiswi" (قِسْوِیْ) in any Arabic or Urdu dictionary or work of literature. However, there is a meaningful Arabic word with a similar pronunciation: "Kiswah" (کِسْوَہ, with a kasra on ك) or "Kuswah" (کُسْوَہ, with a damma on ك), both meaning "clothing" or "garment". It is best to choose a different name that carries a good meaning rather than any of the above. There is also a related word, "Qaswa" (قَصْواء), which was the name of the Prophet's ﷺ she-camel, and it is permissible to give a girl this name on account of that connection. However, to gain the full blessing of the Prophet's ﷺ association, it is better to choose a name from among those of his ﷺ daughters, the Ummahaat ul-Mumineen, or other Sahabiyat (may Allah be pleased with them all).
Allah the Almighty knows best.

والقصواء اسم ناقته وسميت قصواء لما قطع من أذنها ، يقال قصوت الناقة فهي مقصوة وقصواء وكان القياس أن يقال في الذكر أقصى فلم يقولوه وإنما جاء في نعت المؤنث خاصا.
