The word "Misha" (مِشَا, with a kasra on م) does not appear in the Arabic lexicon. As for "Masha" (مَشا, with a fatha on م), it means "carrot", and "Mashaa" (مَشاء, with a fatha on م and a hamza at the end) means "a laxative medicine". Given these meanings, none of these three forms is suitable as a name. It is better to choose a name with a good meaning, or to select one from the names of the Sahabiyat.
