Naming a Child Muhammad Ibrahim

Is it permissible to name a child "Muhammad Ibrahim"? Someone told me that this name is not allowed because Ibrahim was also the name of the Prophet's ﷺ son, and that in the name "Muhammad Ibrahim", Ibrahim serves as a kunyah. Is this correct?
It is permissible to name a child Muhammad Ibrahim (محمد ابراہیم). There is no Shari'i objection to this name.
