"Musfih" (مُصْفِح, with a damma on م, a sukoon on ص, and a kasrah on ف) and "Musaffih" (مُصَفِّح, with a damma on م, a fatha on ص, and a shaddah and kasrah on ف) are both Arabic words derived from the root "safh", which means to turn away, to send someone back empty-handed, and to broaden or extend.
Neither Musfih nor Musaffih is a suitable name for girls. It is better to name a child after one of the Azwaj al-Mutahharat or the Sahabiyat (may Allah be pleased with them all), or to choose any other name with a good meaning.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
