In Arabic, "Zawiyan" (زاویان, Zaawiyaan) can be the dual form of "zaawi", meaning "one who bends, wraps, or gathers". Because the name does not carry any particular meaningful or positive sense, it is not considered suitable. It is better to name a child after one of the Prophets (peace be upon them) or the Sahabah (may Allah be pleased with them all), or to choose any other name with a good meaning.
