"Hudaybiyah" (حدیبیہ) comes from the root word "hudb," which means something that is elevated or raised up. "Hudaybiyah" is the name of a specific place; it is not a personal name.
Therefore, it is better to name a girl after one of the blessed names of the Ummahaat ul-Mumineen or the Sahabiyat (may Allah be pleased with them all).
