The word "Insha" (انشا) is vague and its meaning is not established. For this reason, it is not appropriate to name a child Insha Hassan (انشا حسان).
It should also be noted that children's names should be chosen from the blessed names of the Prophets (peace be upon them), the Sahabah (may Allah be pleased with them all), and the Awliya and righteous servants of Allah, so that the blessings of these noble figures may have a positive influence on the child. According to the ahadith, a person's name has a significant effect on their character and personality.

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا، وَحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حدثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّكُمْ تُدْعَوْنَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِأَسْمَائِكُمْ وَأَسْمَاءِ آبَائِكُمْ، فَأَحْسِنُوا أَسْمَاءَكُمْ».

حَدَّثنا الحارث بن الخضر، قَال: حَدَّثنا سَعْد بن سَعِيد، عَن أخيه عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيد، عَن أَبِيه، عَن أبي هُرَيرة؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال: "إن من حق الولد على الوالد أن يحسن اسمه ويحسن أدبه".
