The names "Uzain" (عُزَین) and "Uzain" (اُزَین) could not be found in Arabic dictionaries, nor are these words used as names. As for the word "عِزِین", it does appear in the Quran and hadith, but it is a plural form meaning different factions, different circles, and different groups. This word is also not used as a personal name.
It is therefore better to avoid these words and instead give the child a name from among the names of the Prophets (peace be upon them) or the Sahabah (may Allah be pleased with them), or any name that carries a good meaning.

وقوله تعالى: عن اليمين وعن الشمال عزين؛ معنى عزين حلقا حلقا وجماعة جماعة، وعزون: جمع عزة فكانوا عن يمينه وعن شماله جماعات في تفرقة. وقال الليث: العزة عصبة من الناس فوق الحلقة ونقصانها واو. وفي الحديث: ما لي أراكم عزين؟ قالوا: هي الحلقة المجتمعة من الناس كأن كل جماعة اعتزاؤها أي انتسابها واحد، وأصلها عزوة، فحذفت الواو وجمعت جمع السلامة على غير قياس كثبين وبرين في جمع ثبة وبرة. وعزة، مثل عضة: أصلها عضوة، وسنذكرها في موضعها. قال ابن بري: ويأتي عزين بمعنى متفرقين.
