The word "Areeshah" (عریشہ) means a litter or a canopied seat, such as a palanquin. Based on this meaning, while it is technically permissible to use this name, it is not appropriate.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: "It is the right of a child upon his father that he gives him a good name and provides him with a good upbringing." (Musnad Al-Bazzar, Hadith: 8540)
Therefore, a good name should be chosen for the child. The best way to do this is to name her after one of the Ummahaat ul-Mumineen or the Sahabiyat (may Allah be pleased with them all), so that the name itself is beautiful and, through its blessed association, the virtuous qualities of that noble personality may, by good omen, be reflected in the child as well.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
