"Anaa'izah" (عَنَائِزَہ) is an Arabic word whose meanings include "to be separate," "to be distant," and "to strike with a spear or knife." Given these meanings, the combined name "Anaa'izah Faatimah" (عَنَائِزَہ فاطمه) is not suitable. However, naming the child simply "Fatima" is perfectly fine.
