Angels responding to Salam

Topic: Angels responding to Salam (No-660)

I have heard that if salam is not responded then Angels respond to salam, Is this correct?

It should be clear that greeting with Salam is Mustahab and responding to it is wajib. Regarding Angels responding to salam, we could not find any reference after extensive tracking
