Sunainah (سُنَینہ, with a damma on س and a fatha on ن) is the name of a Sahabiyah. It is therefore not only permissible to use this name but is also a source of blessing.
Saneenah (سَنِینہ, with a fatha on س and a kasra on ن) carries the meanings of: (1) sand raised above the surface of the ground, and (2) a peer or playmate of the same age. This name, with these vowel markings, is permissible based on its meaning. However, it is better to name a girl after a Sahabiyah, so that one may gain the blessing of that noble connection.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
