1) "Muhammad" (محمد) means "the praised one" and "Mustafa" (مصطفیٰ) means "the chosen one." Both are names of our beloved Prophet ﷺ. Giving a child these names is not only good but also a source of blessings. Therefore, naming a child Muhammad Mustafa is permissible.
2) "Muhammad" means "the praised one," while "Hadi" (ہادی) comes from the root meaning guidance. It carries two meanings:
1) Isal ila al-matlub: to actually bring someone to what they seek.
2) Ira'at al-tariq: to show the way.
In the first sense, "Hadi" belongs exclusively to Allah the Almighty, as only He grants the ability to reach true guidance. However, in the second sense, the meaning is general, since any person can show others the way. "Hadi" is also among the names of the Prophet ﷺ. Therefore, taking the second meaning into account, it is permissible to name a child Muhammad Hadi.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
