The word "Iqra" (اقرأ) is a verb in the imperative form, meaning "Read" or "Recite". From the perspective of Arabic grammar, it does not carry a suitable standalone meaning for use as a name. Therefore, it is better to choose a name from among the names of the Sahabiyat (may Allah be pleased with them all) instead of this name.
