"Arisha Hareem" (عریشہ حریم) is a compound name. Just as single names are permissible, compound names are also permissible. However, since the Prophet ﷺ gave his children single names, it is better to choose a single name.
The word "Arisha" means a palanquin, while "Hareem" refers to a sacred thing or place. It is permissible to use this name, but since the first part of the name does not carry a meaningful or purposeful significance, it is better to choose another name with a good and clear meaning instead.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
