"Zaawiyaan" (ضاویان) may be the dual form of "ضاوی" in Arabic. The word "ضاوی" carries two meanings: "one who comes at night" and "one who seeks refuge". However, it also carries the meaning of "being weak and thin". Given this, the name may be used on the basis of the first two meanings. That said, it is better to name a child after one of the Prophets (peace be upon them) or the Sahabah (may Allah be pleased with them all).
Allah the Almighty knows best.
