The word "Abd" means "servant" or "slave." It may be joined with one of the names of Allah to form a name. It is not permissible to join "Abd" with any word that is not among the names of Allah.
"Al-Muneeb" (المنیب) is not one of the names of Allah. Therefore, it is not permissible to form a name by adding "Abd" to it.
