"Asshaal" (عشال, with a fatha on ع and a shadda on ش) and "Aashil" (عاشل) both mean "one who estimates correctly." The form with a kasra under ع is not used in the Arabic language. Furthermore, this word describes a male quality, not a female one.
It is therefore better to name girls after the blessed names of the Ummahaat ul-Mumineen and the Sahabiyat, may Allah be pleased with them all.
Allah the Almighty knows best.
