It should be understood that, according to the majority of the jurists, the prohibition on using the kunyah Abu al-Qasim (ابو القاسم), which was the kunyah of the Prophet ﷺ, was limited to his lifetime. After his ﷺ passing from this world, there is no objection to using the kunyah Abu al-Qasim.
