Topic: Marriage with Qadiani Man   (No-703)

Respected Scholars, considering the below situation, will nikah be considered valid or not?
A man got married to a women, after marriage it was revealed that the man was Qadiani. After marriage the lady gave birth to a baby boy. The girl does not want to live with the man as she is a Muslim and the man is Qadiani.
Furthermore, who has the right of custody of the baby boy? Does the son belong to man or woman?

It should be noted that Ahle Sunnat wal Jamat consider Qadianis as Apostates and excluded from Islam. The Nikah of a muslim women is not considered to be established, therefore in this case the Nikah never established. However the child born as a result will follow mother's religion and will be considered as a Muslim.
