It should be clear that, without a doubt reciting salam after juma salath is a source of blessing whether it is done individually or as a group . However, considering it as wajib or necessary worship and to do this act with the intention of showing off to other people and using a loud speaker for this purpose such that it bothers the residents of the colony. Then Salam will not be allowed in this situation.
