The Quran is the word of Allah, which is not only for Muslims, but for the whole mankind. This message is guidance and is also the head of the solution to all human problems.
So when this thing comes to our minds as faith, it becomes essential that we try to understand this message of Allah.
Prophet Muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
’’یا أھل القرآن ! لا تتوسدوا القرأٰن واتلوہ حق تلاوتہ من أٰناء اللیل والنھاروافشوہ وتغنوہ وتدبروا فیہ لعلکم تفلحون‘‘۔ ) (رواہ البیہقی)
Translation:
"O People of Quran. Do not back down on this Quran, and recite it as it deserves, morning and evening, and spread it, and read it with beautiful voices, and cogitate in it so that you can get success."
Prophet Muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم also said:
ان اللّٰہ یرفع بہذا الکتاب أقواما ویضع بہ آخرین‘‘۔
(صحیح مسلم)
Translation:
"Of course Allah uplifts many nations through this Book (Quran) and through it lowers many."
Therefore, take some time out of your schedule and spend it in getting Quranic intellect, get regular Quranic knowledge, join the scholars' circle of learning and understand it.
Furthermore, it must be cleared that knowing the meaning of Quran is another thing (and it is the responsibility of every Muslim man and woman to read the Qur'an and understand what is in this verse and what is required?) But the right to interpret the Qur'an and the right to the interpretation of the rules and the problems with it is completely different from that and it is only the work of that scholar, who holds the terms of interpretation and explaination of the Quran and according to the muslim principles of the Qur'anic interpretation, has the ability and the capability to do so.
Because it is a very responsible task to translate and interpret the Quran. It requires a higher degree of skill in religious knowledge, which does not exist in the non-scholar.
However, if there is no scholar who translates and interprets the Quran, then take an authoritative explanation and study it. When you don't understand something, contact the scholars and ask them.
In this regard, it will be useful to read two interpretations of the Quran in Urdu.

This is for those who cannot spare more time.
۲- تفسیر معارف القرآن (By Mufti Mohammad Shafi Usmani Sahib Nawwar Ullah Marqada)
This is for those who can spare more time.
By doing this regularly, we will also get the necessary knowledge of religion, and will create an extraordinary revolution in morality and character which will include Quranic teachings in life.
