If the details mentioned in the question are accurate, then a relationship of this nature between your husband and this woman is not permissible under Shariah. It is obligatory upon him to sincerely repent, seek Allah's forgiveness, and end his connection with her completely.
Alongside this, you should turn to Allah in earnest for relief from this difficulty. At the same time, if there is anything in your own conduct or behaviour that may be weakening the love and closeness between you both, make a genuine effort to address it. Insha'Allah, by acting on these things, Allah will remove this difficulty and restore an atmosphere of love and affection between you.
If the matter still does not resolve, then sit down with the elders of the family, place the situation before them, and try to resolve it through them.

Allah the Almighty knows best.
