Topic: Giving the skin of qurbani (sacrifice) to an organization that is involved in terrorism   (No-744)

What will be the effect on sacrifice (Qurbani) if the skin of sacrificed animal is given to an organization that is involved in terrorism and genocide. There are areas in Karachi where such organizations forcefully take the skin away. And some people intentionally give the skin to such organizations due to fear and saving their lives. Kindly shed light on this

It should be clear that it is not correct to give skin to an organization or consortium about which there is a doubt that it is involved in murder or act of vandelization. However, it does not effect the sacrifice itself because the purpose of sacrifice was to shed blood.
In the above mentioned situation, if the skin is given to such an organization then an equivalent amount should be given in Sadaqa
