Umrah Obligation for a Menstruating Woman

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, respected teacher,
I would like to ask the following question:
If a woman puts on her ihram in Madinah with the intention of performing Umrah, and upon reaching Makkah, her menstrual period begins, and she offers a dam (penalty) without performing the Umrah rituals and then returns home while still in her menstrual state. She has already given the dam (penalty), so does she now still need to make up the Umrah (qada) later?
It should be noted that if the state of ihram is exited without performing Umrah, both obligations are incurred the offering of a penalty (dam) — the slaughtering of a goat, a sheep, a one-seventh part of a cow, or a one-seventh part of a camel within the boundaries of the Haram — and making up the missed Umrah (qada) at a later time. Therefore, in the scenario described, because she has already offered the dam (penalty), she is still obliged to perform the qada of the Umrah.

وَإِنْ كَانَ إحْرَامُهُ بِالْعُمْرَةِ لَا غَيْرُ قَضَاهَا لِوُجُوبِهَا بِالشُّرُوعِ فِي أَيِّ وَقْتٍ شَاءَ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهَا وَقْتٌ مُعَيَّنٌ

في اللباب حيث قال: ولو طاف للعمرة كله أو أكثره أو أقله ولو شوطا جنبا أو حائضا أو نفساء أو محدثا فعليه شاة لا فرق فيه بين الكثير والقليل والجنب والمحدث لأنه لا مدخل في طواف العمرة للبدنة ولا للصدقة، بخلاف طواف الزيارة، وكذا لو ترك منه أي من طواف العمرة أقله ولو شوطا فعليه دم وإن أعاده سقط عنه الدم اه لكن في البحر عن الظهيرية: لو طاف أقله محدثا وجب عليه لكل شوط نصف صاع من حنطة إلا إذا بلغت قيمته دما فينقص منه ما شاء اه ومثله في السراج. والظاهر أنه قول آخر فافهم.

(حَجَّ فَأَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ أَوْ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ) أَيَّامٍ (بَعْدَهُ لَزِمَتْهُ) بِالشُّرُوعِ، لَكِنْ مَعَ كَرَاهَةِ التَّحْرِيمِ (وَرُفِضَتْ) وُجُوبًا تَخَلُّصًا مِنْ الْإِثْمِ (وَقُضِيَتْ مَعَ دَمٍ) لِلرَّفْضِ.

(قَوْلُهُ بِالشُّرُوعِ) لِأَنَّ الشُّرُوعَ فِيهَا مُلْزِمٌ.
فتح القدير: (120/1، ط دار الفكر)
وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ رَفَضَهُ يَجِبُ؛ لِرَفْضِهِ دَمٌ وَقَضَاؤُهُ، فَإِنْ كَانَ عُمْرَةً لَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ فِي قَضَائِهَا سِوَى عُمْرَةٍ.
