Please note that when a father passes away, each of his heirs according to Shariah is entitled to their fixed share of his estate. It is not permissible to deprive a daughter of her inheritance simply because she is married.
Likewise, asking for one's Shariah right is not a sin in itself, and it is not permissible for a mother to be displeased merely because of such a request. However, while asking for this right, it is necessary to treat the mother with respect and kindness, and to obey her in all permissible matters.
With this in mind, here are the answers to your questions:
1. If the agricultural land belonged to your father, and during his lifetime he did not give it to any heir as a valid gift (hibah) with full possession handed over, then the land became the joint property of all the heirs after his death. Each heir is entitled to it in proportion to their fixed Shariah share. In principle, any income from this land after your father's death must also be divided among all the heirs according to their Shariah shares. So, if you have not been given your share of this income over the past seven years, you may ask for it.
2. It is not right for the family to give you a piece of uncultivated, low-value or unsuitable land in place of your share of the inheritance without your consent, and so deprive you of the rest of your right. However, if you willingly accept land of fair value in exchange for your share, and the division is completed according to Shariah, this is permissible.
3. Children are obligated to treat their mother kindly, respect her and give her the rights she is due. However, keeping her happy does not cancel an heir's right according to Shariah. So, if your mother is upset because you have asked for your share of your father's property, you will not be sinful. It is best to explain to her, with good manners and wisdom, that dividing the inheritance on time is a command of Shariah, especially when other heirs are asking for it, and that every heir must be given their Shariah right. At the same time, you should speak to your mother gently, avoid hurting her feelings and continue to take care of her. Even if she is displeased with you for asking for your share of the inheritance, do not treat her badly or cut off ties with her.
