If someone does not adjoin a sura with sura Fatiha in first two or first rakat of fardh then will his salath be acceptable after doing sajda sehw?

It should be clear that adjoining a sura with Sura Fatiha in first two rakats of fardh is wajib, therefore if imam or individual forgets adjoining a sura with sura fatiha in first two or one of first two rakats of fardh then he must perform sajdah sehw
